We were very happy with your service. Every driver was always on time and very friendly:-)Here are two things that could be improved: online payment would have been great. We dont know why it did not work. Also we were very happy to have someone with us who spoke Hebrew. It made coordination way easier. The customer service representative was very responsive, nice and professional. We received several quotes and ended up making the decision 1 day before the event and they were able to provide us with the bus we needed on a very short notice, in a quick and efficient way. The driver was excellent and the guest were very pleased.

I am basing this review off of my terrible customer service experience. I just ordered a bus for a trip for the end of the month (2 weeks away). I was told verbally that they charge my credit card for a down payment and the remainder of the payment is given in cash to the driver (fishy, right?)I then received a contract via email that stated that any traveling on Highway 6 would cost an extra 75 shekels paid directly to the driver. I had assumed beforehand that we would be driving on Highway 6 and no mention of this condition was given to me prior to Tiyulei Hanasi charging my credit card for the down payment. Only after being charged a down payment was I sent the terms of the contract. When I called to complain the customer service representative "assured" me that she had told me about the extra charge, refused to transfer me to a higher up manager, and refused to refund me the down payment, despite having only order the bus a few hours prior.Now that they have my credit card number and already charged it I am stuck and can't shop around my options further.I will provide an update about the service of the driver and the bus after the event.
